Returns & Replacements

 
While we take the utmost care in preparing your order, if you receive a product that is damaged or has quality concerns, please report it immediately at the time of delivery.
 
Upon confirmation, we will arrange a replacement at the earliest available delivery slot.
 
Claims made after the delivery is completed will not be accepted.
 
We are unable to accept returns or offer replacements for marinated or cooked seafood and chicken once it has been prepared at your end.
